We understand that things come up, as such we try to make rescheduling or cancelling your cleaning service as easy as possible. You can reschedule or cancel easily follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email, or call or e-mail us and we'll do it for you.
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations without 24 hour notice are subject to a $85 cancellation fee. If the team is dispatched, drives to your home, and we can't get in to clean due to no fault of our own, we will also charge a $85 lock-out fee. As our business is time-sensitive and schedule-based this policy is in place to cover the cost of our transportation and worker's earnings as they travel to and from your home as well as lost opportunity for both ourselves and other clients. Please cancel as soon as possible to avoid this charge.
